The upcoming Australia-ASEAN Business Forum marks a significant milestone, incorporating RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) with 5 additional countries namely Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea. This extends the diplomatic ties between Australia and the ASEAN member states and delivering Australia’s Southeast Asian Economic Strategy for 2040.
Following the success of the 2024 forum, this year’s agenda will focus on fostering collaboration, investment, and innovation in key sectors critical to sustainable growth. Discussions will explore:
